Our custom logo department is silk screen with stretch additive inks formulated for Lycra, spandex, nylon, polyester and neoprene. Custom size labels are pad printed or heat transfer. We do not sublimate, though 3FLEX White and 5FLEX Heather White sublimate nicely if you buy blanks.

Up to three colors, with space between each color. We offer 1, 2 and 3 color set ups and multiple logo placements per garment. For a specific color match, give us a PMS number. There is a surcharge per color for PMS matching.

Once your order form is in, our team sends a quote and digital images. You get a free PDF proof with every order. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed, approved and signed the design approval. Check styles, sleeve lengths, colors, sizes, logo size in inches, logo placement and logo color.

Yes. Stock garments carry an Ocean Tec sewn in size label at the left hip. For an additional fee per garment we add your custom size label at the back neck, pad printed or heat transfer.

Everything is made to order. Typical production is 21 to 60 days. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Rush production is often possible for a surcharge. Tell us your in hands date.

Checks, credit and debit cards, ACH and wire transfers. A 3% technology and innovation fee applies to all orders and is waived for check, ACH or wire. New USA accounts pay 50% before production and 50% before shipping. International accounts pay 100% before production. Open terms are available to established accounts after credit is approved. Florida accounts must supply a Florida resale tax certificate in order to be tax exempt.

We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS and various freight companies to find the best rate for your location. Orders ship FOB West Palm Beach, insured for the merchandise value. Shipping, insurance, handling and convenience fees are added to the invoice. If you use your own freight account only a handling fee is added. Your tracking number is at the bottom of your invoice.

Call (561) 845-0030 within 5 days of receipt with your sales order number. No unauthorized returns. Every return needs an RA number from Ocean Tec. We warranty workmanship for one full year and repair, not replace, defective garments returned clean and dry with proof of purchase. Fading, bleeding or shrinking from laundering is not covered.
