Our custom logo department is silk screen. Every ink carries a stretch additive formulated for Lycra, spandex, nylon, polyester and neoprene, then cures at high temperature so it lasts as long as the garment. We offer up to 3 color set ups and multiple placements per garment.
Every garment carries an Ocean Tec sewn in size label at the left hip. For an additional fee per garment we turn your logo into a custom size label at the back neck. Put your logo, your sizing, your care line, anything you see fit. The shirt becomes yours end to end.
There is no stock program. Every order is custom cut, so the color combination can be yours. The wholesale minimum is 120 units total and 40 per design. 40 per style and color, in increments of 5 or 10. Ask about further flexibility with size runs. Cut variations are too numerous to publish, so tell us what you are picturing and we will tell you what we can make efficiently.
A growing share of our production ships blank to print shops who logo and resell it. Same fabrics, same cut, same West Palm Beach factory. 3FLEX White and 5FLEX Heather White sublimate nicely. Prices are always quoted for blanks, so what you see in the catalog is your blank price.

A design expert reviews the order and sends back a detailed digital proof and order summary. Logo width is specified in inches, placement uses the codes from the order form.
Check styles, sleeves, colors, sizes, logo size, placement and color. Sign the design approval. That signature is our acceptance of your order and your acceptance of the terms. Once production starts, no modifications.
Everything is made to order. Typical production is 21 to 60 days. Tell us your in hands date. We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS and various freight companies to find the best rate for your location.
