WHY FABRIC PLAYS A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Ever wonder what happens before that beautiful fabric turns into the clothes you wear? In today’s post, I’m taking you behind the scenes to show you a day in the life of receiving fabric at our factory—where the magic starts!

Receiving the Fabric to Prepare it for Production

Arrival of Fabric

The day kicks off with a truckload of fabric rolling in, fresh from our supplier in Vietnam. We carefully unload and begin a detailed inspection—checking for any damages, ensuring we received the exact yardage, and cross-referencing our orders.

Quality Checks

Once the fabric passes our quality checks, it’s carefully rolled onto pallets and moved into our climate-controlled storage area. Since sustainability is important to us, we’ve switched to eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and use biodegradable wrapping for more delicate materials.

Handling and Storage

Once the fabric passes our quality checks, it’s carefully rolled onto pallets and moved into our climate-controlled storage area.

Introduce the Fabric into the Production Process

Marker to Cutter

From storage, the fabric is moved to the cutting room, where our skilled team takes over. This is the first step in turning raw material into the high-quality products we’re known for. It’s always impressive to watch our team at work—each piece is handled with care to minimize waste and ensure precise cutting

Innovation, Technology and Hand Crafted

We’re proud to say that our factory uses cutting-edge technology to streamline the fabric handling process. Not only does this save time, but it also ensures that no fabric goes to waste. And any leftover material? It gets upcycled or donated to local artisans.

Every Step Contributes to the Final Product

Receiving fabric might seem like a small part of the process, but it’s essential to ensuring our products are the highest quality. Every day, we’re reminded how attention to detail from the very start makes all the difference in the final product.
